Lace up your sneakers and get ready to make a difference for conservation: registration is now open for the Croc Run 2025, an annual 5K and Half Marathon fundraiser hosted by the Crocodile Research Coalition (CRC)!
Whether you’re racing along the stunning Placencia coastline or joining us virtually from anywhere in the world, every step you take supports wildlife conservation, environmental education, and the next generation of conservation leaders in Belize.
Why Run the Croc Run?
Proceeds from this fun and meaningful event go directly to CRC’s Next Gen Croc youth program and other educational outreach efforts. With your support, we’re empowering Belizean youth, increasing community awareness, and protecting the country’s incredible biodiversity.
What to Expect:

Participation fees:
- Half marathon: 50 BZD
- 5K Fun Run: 40 BZD
- Virtual runners: 60 BZD
- Seine Bight running club member: 10BZD
