Aemon enjoying a catfish

In this month’s Latest Shush, we got some attitude seen on telenovela’s with surprises, twists and turns! Let’s catch up with the latest shush on our Croc Ambassador’s:

Jabba: like a rebel teenager, Jabba has no interest in listening to his guardian. Lately he has not listened to the command STAY during his target training sessions, running towards the food and running fast! Maybe as most teenagers, he is not happy he is moving in a few weeks to a new place, new home, new friends. Despite the bad behavior, we know Jabba will end up loving his new home, with his new friends Gilly, Sam, and the infamous Mad Max…

Gilly, Sam, and Mad Max: Gilly as always is first in line when it comes to target training. Sam is getting comfortable and confident with commands, even not taking Mad Max’s bullying or Gilly’s big appetite. His confidence even shows as he allows CRC’s co-founder and Executive Director Dr. Marisa Tellez practically hand feed given he has no teeth and needs to eat small pieces so he can swallow more easily. As for Mad Max… we got some great pictures of her bad-ass attitude (follow below). While target training Gilly, Mad Max snuck behind her then bit her face! Gilly, so patient, just turned her head and moved her away, making sure Mad Max didn’t get her food. The interaction between these crocs and this turtle is nothing but hilarious!

Aemon: His ability and attentiveness to Dr. Tellez’s movement and voice is astounding! Not being able to see, it is as if his other senses are augmented allowing him to sense footsteps, smell and identify voice at an elevated level compared to other crocs the CRC has worked with. The last few weeks Aemon is at his training board even without Dr. Tellez saying a word. Is he feeling her vibration as she is walking? Is he smelling her and the fish? Maybe it is a bit of both? Would be something worth pursuing!

And for your pleasure, the interaction between Gilly and Mad Max…
