This picture is getting attention again… a friend found this picture of me jumping away from the mouth of a 7 foot American Crocodile when I was in Belize.  The Belize Wildlife officers were at ACES coming to check out the health status of Snapper, an abused endangered American Crocodile who was brought to the sanctuary for rehabilitation. I was feeding her to bring her out so the officers could get a good look on her.  She usually stops… but not this time!  Crocs have amazing memory and Snapper recognized by sight and smell one of the officers that was there the day she was relocated- and for some reason she did not like him.  So what i thought was a charge for me was actually a charge for him!!!!  Still-  close call!!!
